a nurturing community to provide encouragement at every step of the way.

"It was empowering to share my aspirations and hear those of the other participants. The practices provided by Marissa help break down barriers (often self-imposed) so we can pursue our heartfelt purposes."
"I learned to be more intentional and thoughtful in both my personal and professional life.
The sessions really helped me align further with my personal values and think about what I
want to see happen this year and in the coming years."
"I have participated in a lot of professional development workshops over the last two years and I feel like I got more out of six weeks with LEAD than six months with other programs.
I felt incredibly supported and appreciated the journey from beginning to end."
In addition to the satisfaction you will feel from prioritizing yourself and your wellbeing, you will...
